WICHITA, KS—KAJ Hospitality has purchased the 5-year-old Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Airport property from TNJ Group for an undisclosed amount.
Hunter Hotel Advisors represented the seller in the deal for the 84-room property. “KAJ was attracted to the asset's great cash flow which can be attributed to the strength of the Holiday Inn Express brand,” said Brown Kessler, vice president of Hunter.
The property is located just north of Wichita Mid-Continent International Airport on West Kellogg Avenue, just west of Interstate 235 and Downtown Wichita. KAJ already owns two other two Intercontinental Hotels Corp. properties in the area.
