CHICAGO—Retailers Salvatore Ferragamo and Ermengildo Zegna have renewed their leases at 645 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Both retailers are expanding their existing ground-floor leases to include the second floor of the building in Chicago’s Magnificent Mile.
Brian Feil and Ken Hanson represented The Feil Organization; Robert H. The retailers have been mainstays at the property since 1997.

Built in 1962, 645 North Michigan Avenue is an11-story building located at East Erie Street in Chicago's Magnificent Mile, a 13-block stretch with premier shopping, dining, landmarks, hotels and entertainment venues. Owned by New York-based investment groups 645 North Michigan L.L.C. and Nakash 645 North Michigan L.L.C., the building is managed by The Feil Organization, also based in New York City.
