HOWARD NOTTINGHAM has joined Studley as executive managing director of the firm's New York office. He formerly worked for Cushman & Wakefield as executive director. In his new role, Nottingham will focus on representing tenants in the corporate, investment banking and financial industries. He also has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle as executive vice president and national leasing director.
PHILLIP VALTAIRO has joined North Hollywood-based commercial real estate investment firm Younan Properties as CFO. Younan will be responsible for the company's financial matters, including debt and equity financing, investor relations, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, accounting, tax and financial reporting. Previously, Valtairo worked for USBX Inc. as vice president and CFO, and Asian-Trader Inc. as CFO and controller.
BRETT ALEXANDER has joined RockBridge Capital LLC as vice president. In his new role, Alexander will be responsible for overseeing investment distribution and capital raising activities for the firm. Prior to joining the Columbus, Ohio-based real estate investment firm, Alexander was principal with Borden capital Inc. and associate with Merchant Banking Group of Banc One Capital Markets Inc.
DWIGHT MORGAN has been named president of Parsippany, N.J.-based construction and design firm Skanska USA Building Inc.'s Georgia division. In his new role, Morgan will be responsible for managing six operating units, including the corporate, commercial, government, education, healthcare, sports and aviation divisions. Morgan joined Skanska in 1988 as a project manager and became COO in 1998.
