NEW JERSEY—BT Americas Inc. has renewed its 20,888-sq.-ft. lease at 650 College Road East in Princeton. Colliers International New Jersey arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant, which will remain on the third floor of the building.
Colliers International’s Michael Tesser, senior managing director, and John Cahill, managing director, worked on behalf of BT. James Kinzig, president of Aegis Property Group, negotiated on behalf of the building’s ownership, 650 College Road Associates L.P. The property is managed by BPG Management Company L.P.
BT Americas is a communications solutions and services provider, which operates in 170 countries. BT serves many large enterprise customers in the U.S., including AstraZeneca, PepsiCo, Reuters, Unilever, and many of the world's largest financial institutions.
The four-story, Class A office building is located within the Princeton Forrestal Center, a 2,000-acre, master-planned office complex. The center houses more than 100 corporate, nonprofit and research users in more than 3.0 million sq. ft. of office and laboratory space. On-site amenities include a 300-room Westin Hotel, retail center, daycare facility and housing.
