RUTHERFORD, NJ—Cresa, a leading tenant representation firm in North America, is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Founded in 1993 by a joint venture between four tenant representation firms, the organization today spans 58 offices in North American with more than $235 million in annual revenue. The firm employs more than 800 people.
Originally formed as CresaPartners, the organization rebranded as Cresa just last year. At its inception, the organization offered transaction and project management services. Today, the firm offers a broad range of additional tenant-focused services.
“The founders of Cresa had a vision to build a better corporate real estate services platform,” said Bill Goade, founder of Cresa, who recently stepped down from his position as CEO. “Clients responded to our promise to do the right thing and put their interests first, which is how we’ve been able to grow into a powerhouse in the industry.”
