SECAUCUS—Kroll Ontrack Inc. has signed a five-year lease for 11,000 sq. ft. at 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd. in Secaucus, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The legal technologies and data recovery provider will expand and relocate from another site in Secaucus.
“Kroll Ontrack wanted to remain in Secaucus because of the strong mass transit system, as well as access to the Lincoln Tunnel and major highways,” said Sean Brady of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office, who teamed with Tim Gibson of the firm’s New York office, to represent the tenant.
Kroll Ontrack provides a range of services, including data recovery, computer forensics, information management, and more. The Secaucus operation includes data center labs focused on computer forensics, primarily serving the region’s legal communities.
Owned by Rego Park, N.Y.-based Samson Management, 300 Meadowlands Parkway is a six-story, 126,000-sq.-ft. office building located near hotels, restaurants, theaters and other amenities. The ownership was represented in the transaction by Frank D. Recine and Michael Marchese of Newmark Knight Frank.
