NEW JERSEY—EMC Corp., a global IT services provider, has signed an 81,500-sq.-ft. lease at Center 78, a newly renovated class A office complex in Warren, N.J. owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners. EMC Corp. is relocating its offices from Boston to the N.Y. Tristate area.
Cassidy Turley serves as the exclusive leasing agent for Center 78 and the team of Managing Principal Raymond P. Trevisan and SVP William O'Keefe represented Normandy in the transaction. Cresa Managing Principal Jack Burns, of the firm’s Boston office, and Principals Dennis Gralla and James J. Scancarella, from Cresa’s New Jersey office, represented EMC.

Center 78 has undergone a $12 million capital improvement program, which included a new entry façade and expansion of the lobby atrium with new finishes, new bathrooms and elevator cabs. In addition, the building will be LEED Silver-certified. Amenities at the property include a full-service cafeteria, fitness center and a building conference center. Normandy also made significant improvements to the building grounds, including the resurfacing of parking lots and entry roads, extensive landscaping, improved lighting and enhanced sign identity.
