NEW JERSEY—First Environment has signed a long-term, 17,750-sq.-ft. lease at 91 Fulton Street in Boonton, N.J. Eric Witmondt, vice chairman with Colliers International New Jersey, along with Executive Managing Director John Cunningham arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant. Landlord Kapalua LLC was represented by James Correll of American Properties Realty Inc.
First Environment is a full-service environmental engineering firm and its 91 Fulton Street address serves as the company’s headquarters. Established in 1977, First Environment specializes in climate-change planning and greenhouse gas reduction. First Environment has offices throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
