HACKENSACK, NJ—Gebroe-Hammer Associates has arranged two multifamily transactions in Bergen County for a combined $10.25 million.
In the first transaction, Greg Pine, senior vice president, and Nicholas Nicolaou, vice president, exclusively represented the seller and identified the buyer in the $8.65 million sale of 50 Anderson St., a 29-unit property, and 430 Union St., a 37-unit property, in Hackensack.
The Anderson Street property stands five stories tall and consists of 14 one-bedroom, 13 two-bedroom and two three-bedroom units. The building offers on-site laundry facilities and is located in close proximity to Interstate 80, Route 17 and public transportation.
The Union Street property stands six stories tall and contains 16 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and two three-bedroom layouts, as well as one studio apartment. The property is in close proximity to routes 4 and 17 and athe Hackensack campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
In the second transaction, Pine and Ken Uranowitz, president, exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in the $1.6 million trade of Palisades Manor in Palisades Park. The two-story, 12-unit complex is in close proximity to the George Washington Bridge.
