NEW JERSEY—The Industrial and Office Brokers Association (IOREBA) of the New York Metropolitan Area have launched its new Featured Properties section on the IOREBA Web site, www.ioreba.com. The page will feature properties that are either owned or represented by IOREBA members, and will be accessible to anyone visiting the IOREBA site.
The Featured Property section of the site will highlight properties for a minimum of three months and include a photo, building description, leasing broker’s contact information and a link to the property’s Web site.
The IOREBA Web site receives more than 6,000 unique visits and 100,000 hits per month.
“Previous members of the board have spent significant effort working with our Web design team to consistently improve our Web site, and last year we introduced the Market Research Portal,” said David A. Simon, 2011-2012 president of IOREBA and executive managing director of Cassidy Turley. “This additional feature illustrates another way IOREBA continues to enhance value for its members.”
IOREBA is a regional commercial real estate group conducting business in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
