EDISON, NJ—In its ongoing strategy to dispose certain properties in its portfolio in order to pick up investments that offer strategic growth opportunities, Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has sold 51 Imclone Drive in Branchburg, N.J.
The property, a single-tenant, two-story building, contains 63,213 sq. ft. of space and changed hands for approximately $6.2 million.
Mack-Cali provides management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class-A real estate portfolio and owns or has interests in 273 properties.
