NEW JERSEY—National Business Parks (NBP) has acquired 201 College Road East, expanding the company’s property portfolio at College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center in Princeton, N.J. The purchase now brings the company’s College Park holdings to 12 buildings totaling 871,000 sq. ft.
Fully occupied by long-term tenant Laureate Biopharmaceutical Services Inc., 201 College Road East is a one-story, Class A building totaling 57,000 sq. ft. of office and laboratory space.
Peter Dodds, principal of Morford & Dodds Realty of Princeton, represented the seller in the transaction. Financing was provided by Roma Bank.
