Nursing School Triples Space in Ewing, N.J.

NEW JERSEY—The Center for Allied Health and Nursing Education has tripled its space at Capitol Plaza in Ewing, N.J. and will occupy 30,000 sq. ft.

“We are a commuter school, and this property offers a number of advantages, including plenty of parking and attractive accommodations, not to mention the benefits of onsite retail and dining,” said Greg Karr, CEO, Center for Allied Health and Nursing Education.

Totaling 357,000 sq. ft. of space, Capitol Plaza is leased and managed by Levin Management. The property also includes the 1001 Spruce Office Center.

The Center for Allied Health and Nursing Education, which initially leased 9,000 sq. ft. of retail space at Capitol Plaza in 2002, now occupies three times that space, expanding into contiguous space.

Other tenants at Capitol Plaza include Planet Fitness, Marshalls, Harbor Freight Tools and American Furniture, among others.
