Petco Signs 13,640-SF Lease at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ—Petco has signed a 13,640-sq.-ft. lease at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township. Levin Management, the property’s managing and leasing agent, was represented by Michael Cohen, vice president of leasing, while Ripco’s Brian Schuster represented the tenant in the transaction.

Comprised of 175,515 sq. ft. of space, Hamilton Plaza is anchored by ShopRite and A.C. Moore. Additional tenants include Sleepy’s, Dollar Tree, Hallmark and Texas Roadhouse, among others.

Situated at the intersection of Route 33 and White Horse - Hamilton Square Road in Hamilton Township, Hamilton Plaza recently underwent renovations, which included updates to common areas, the addition of two pad sites and a 10,000-sq.-ft. end cap.
