The Pinnacle Companies, developer of the property, plans to showcase a furnished model. The first building phase opened earlier this year.
The M includes four building extensions that surround three courtyards and provides views of Overlook Gold Course.
Located with access to Route 4, the complex offers 125 one-, two- and two-bedroom-plus-den residences priced from $274,990. One garage space is included in the price and shuttle service to New Jersey Transit bus stop is also provided.
