STAMFORD, CONN.—REgeneration Finance, a solar energy developer and financier, has relocated its headquarters from Harrison, N.Y. to First Stamford Place, reports Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building office complex, which is adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center.
The tenant will take occupancy of a 4,136-sq.-ft. space at 300 First Stamford Place for a term of ten years.
REgeneration Finance concentrates on the solar distributed power space. The firm is focused on financing the development and ownership of solar power systems to supply electricity to municipalities, schools, universities and credit-worthy commercial off-takers. REgeneration’s management team has over 100 megawatts of experience designing, developing, financing and operating high quality solar projects.
Newman represented the landlord in this transaction, along with senior leasing associate Kim Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. The tenant was represented by Brian Carcaterra and Paul Gojkovich III of Newmark Knight Frank.
