TEANECK, NJ—Treetop Development, a Teaneck, N.J.-based developer, owner and manager of multifamily properties, has appointed Isaac Z. Ross as analyst.
In this role, Ross will be responsible for managing financial reporting functions and researching investment opportunities in conjunction with Treetop’s aggressive acquisition of residential properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. The company is actively aiming to purchase 1,000 apartments in New York City and New Jersey in 2013.
Ross will create underwritings for properties, formulating full due diligence, summarizing features of investments made and facilitating financing on behalf of the company.
