Bayard Fabrication Takes 7,000 SF in Williamsburg

BROOKLYN—Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. has arranged a 7,000-sq.-ft. lease at 421 Manhattan Avenue between Bayard and Richardson streets in the North Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.

Fred Rufrano, a broker with Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, represented the owner in the deal. Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler, also of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, represented the tenant, Bayard Fabrication.

The industrial use building at 421 Manhattan Avenue offers tenants frontage right off the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, and provides 18-foot ceilings, two drive-in doors and a heavy electric supply. The 7,000-sq.-ft. building has 4,500 sq. ft. of space on the ground floor and a 2,500 sq. ft. basement.
