NEW YORK—Beck Street Capital has sold its 100 Vandam Street property, a loft building in Hudson Square, in an all-cash transaction valued at $27.5 million. Massey Knakal Realty Services’ Partner James Nelson and Senior Vice President of Sales Robert Burton exclusively represented the seller.
Located between Greenwich and Hudson Streets, the property is in close proximity to Tribeca, SoHo and the West Village.
Constructed in 1913 as an electrical sub-station, the building was converted for use by a printing press and then underwent a complete interior renovation in 1990. The interior of the building has barrel vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and columns throughout. Ceiling heights range from nearly 11 ft. to 15 ft.
The property includes approximately 40,435 sq. ft.
