NEW YORK—Carr Workplaces, a provider of executive suites and flexible workplace solutions, will open a second business center in Manhattan at 745 Fifth Avenue.
This marks Carr Workplaces’ second office center in New York City. The company’s first Manhattan location opened in January of this year and is located above Grand Central Terminal at 200 Park Avenue.
Opening in January 2013, the 745 Fifth Avenue center will reside on the fifth floor of the 35-story historic building. Designed by Buchman & Kahn and owned by the Paramount Group Inc., 745 Fifth Avenue is situated on the southeast corner of Central Park.
Carr Workplaces will occupy approximately 27,000 sq. ft. and include 68 offices, two conference rooms and one training room.
