NEW YORK—Cassidy Turley has arranged first mortgage financing for The LockWorks at Yale & Towne, a class-A, multifamily property in Stamford, Conn.
Cassidy Turley’s Noble Carpenter, executive managing director, represented Wafra Investment Advisory Group Inc. on behalf of an institutional investor in arranging the $84.5 million deal with lender HSBC.
The property, which was acquired by Wafra in 2012, contains 329 units and is part of the Harbor Point mixed-use development. The fully stabilized property at Harbor Point, one of the largest redevelopment projects in the U.S., was completed in 2011.
