NEW YORK—ABS Partners Real Estate LLC recently completed two restaurant deals in New York City.
In the first deal, Cock and Bull British Pub leased 2,500 sq. ft. at 23 West 45th Street. ABS retail leasing team member Dean Valentino represented the tenant. The Great Britain-inspired restaurant offers classic British foods.
In the second deal, The Meatball Shop signed a 10-year, 1,600-sq.-ft. at 200 Ninth Ave. to serve as its fourth location. ABS retail leasing team member Jay Einbender, along with Valentino, represented the tenant. The chain expects to open its new location in spring of 2013.
“The restaurant industry has always been a driving force in New York,” said Valentino. “With the economy the way it is, we’re thrilled to see businesses expanding and adding to the economy. Both of these eateries enhance the vibrancy and pulse of the city, and their owners are adding to that by committing to the space and setting their own unique tone.”
