NEW YORK—A local family has purchased 4112 Fourth Avenue, a pre-war, walk-up apartment building in Brooklyn, for $8.3 million. Joseph Landau, an associate broker of GFI Realty Service Inc. represented the sellers, a partnership of local investors. Erik Yankelovich, a director at GFI Realty Services, represented the buyer.
Totaling 43,280 sq. ft. of space, 4112 Fourth Avenue is a five-story building and includes 57 apartment units. In addition to its residential component, the property includes seven stores.
The property is located in close proximity to public transportation and the Gowanus Expressway, as well as to local restaurants and shops.
