NEW YORK CITY—Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a wealth management, financial services and capital markets firm, has leased 17,882 sq. ft. of space for its Lower Manhattan headquarters at the Rudin Family’s One Whitehall Street, the 21-story blockfront office building located between Stone and Bridge Streets.
The firm plans to relocate its present downtown offices at 26 Broadway to its new facilities this summer. The company also has midtown offices at 575 Lexington Avenue.
Tom Keating of Rudin Management represented the landlord in the transaction while Kenneth D. Rapp, Mike Rizzo and Mike Movshovich of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
