NEW YORK—A local investor has paid more than $1.2 million for the acquisition of 330 East 117th Street, a four-story walk-up property in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. Kobi Zamir, an associate of GFI Realty Services Inc., represented the seller, a local investor, while Zamir and Roni Abudi, managing partner, also with GFI Realty Services, represented the buyer.
Consisting of five apartments and one office, the property was constructed in the early 1900s and contains approximately 5,200 sq. ft.
"The property was rebuilt eight years ago and is in great condition,” said Zamir. “The property will only require a few additional upgrades.”
Located in close proximity to the East River Plaza, the multifamily property provides easy access to public transportation.
