NEW YORK—Manhattan Business Interiors Inc. has signed a 10-year, 13,978-sq.-ft. lease at 48 West 37th Street. Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC’s David Levy, principal, represented the landlord, Forty Eight Thirty Seven Associates, in the transaction, as well as the tenant. Manhattan Business Interiors will use the space for general and executive offices.
