NEW YORK—Branding and marketing firm Escalate has signed a new lease for 9,750 sq. ft. of space at 5 Hanover Square in Manhattan’s Financial District. The firm will occupy the property’s mezzanine and space on its ground floor for an 11-year term.
Frank Cento, Jonathan Fein and Carlos Suarez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Savanna, in the transaction, while David Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group LLC represented the tenant.
Totaling 330,000 sq. ft. of space, 5 Hanover Square is a class-B office building located on Hanover Square between Beaver and Pearl Streets. Savanna has owned the building since 2010.
