NEW YORK—New York Medical College, a member of the Touro College and University System, has paid approximately $17.5 million to acquire 19 Skyline Drive in Hawthorne, N.Y., a vacant, five-story 248,400-sq.-ft. property.
“The sale of this property continues our strategy of recycling our capital out of non-core office assets to fuel our diversification into multifamily,” said Mitchell E. Hersh, president and CEO of Mack-Cali.
Mack-Cali Realty Corp. provides management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class-A real estate portfolio. The company owns or has interest in nearly 280 properties in the Northeast.
