NEW YORK—Orange Business Services has signed a 17,000-sq.-ft. sublease at 10 East 40th Street in Midtown where it will occupy the entire 11th floor. The sublandlord, Blackboard Collaborate Inc., is leaving the space to which Orange Business Services will relocate from 2 World Financial Center.
Colliers International’s Ted Rotante, executive managing director, represented Orange Business Services, an IT and communications service provider, in the transaction, while Ken Ruderman and Nick Zarnin, of Studley represented the sublandlord.
Located in Midtown Manhattan, 10 East 40th Street is a 48-story, 350,000-sq.-ft. office tower situated between Madison and Fifth Avenues. The property is located in close proximity to The New York Public Library and Bryant Park, as well as Penn Station and Grand Central Station.
