NEW YORK—Pernod Ricard USA signed a long-term lease at 250 Park Avenue to serve as its U.S. headquarters. The company will occupies approximately 82,300 sq. ft. spanning the 16th, 17th, 18th and a portion of the building’s 20th floors.
David L. Hoffman, Jr., executive managing director, Robert L. Billingsley, vice chairman, and Wendy Miller, managing director, of Cassidy Turley represented building owner AEW Capital Management in the transaction. Pernod Ricard USA was represented by Snezana Anderson, Michael Geoghegan and Christopher Corrinet of CBRE Group Inc. in the transaction with Gary Goodman, partner, and Keith Londo, both with SNR Denton, providing legal counsel to the tenant.
250 Park Avenue is a LEED-Certified Gold property. Pernod Ricard USA’s space on the 17th floor includes an outdoor terrace.
Pernod Ricard USA is a wine and spirits company with such brands as Absolut Vodka, Jameson Irish Whiskey and Perrier Jouet Champagnes, among others. Currently, the company maintains offices in Manhattan and Purchase. With its new space on Park Avenue, Manhattan employees will relocate and approximately 150 employees will remain in Purchase. The company employs approximately 850 individuals in the U.S.
