NEW YORK—A local New York City investor has paid $9.45 million for 750 10th Avenue, a mixed-use walk-up apartment building in Midtown West. Barak Jacobov, sales associate at GFI Realty Services Inc. and Shulem Paneth, an associate broker at GFI Realty Services, represented the seller. Ohad Babo, also a sales associate at GFI Realty Services, represented the buyer.
Built in the early 1900s, the five-story walk-up includes 20 apartments and four stores, totaling approximately 15,506 sq. ft. The $9.45 million sales price breaks down to approximately $600 per sq. ft.
Located in close proximity to Central Park West, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Columbus Circle and Radio City Music Hall, 750 10th Avenue provides easy access to some of New York City’s major attractions.
