Owned by Griffin Land, 7 Waterside Crossing is an 80,500-sq.-ft. office building located within Griffin Center, a 600-acre business park.
The park is easily accessed from Exits 37 & 38 off Interstate 91. Area amenities include restaurants, hotels and office-service businesses. In-park amenities include Vito’s by the Water restaurant and SS&C SummerWind Performing Arts Center.
