NEW YORK—Handbag, accessories, footwear and apparel brand Rebecca Minkoff has signed a long-term, 13,000-sq.-ft. lease at 16 West 22nd Street in Manhattan. Rebecca Minkoff will use its space for office and showroom purposes. The lease represents a relocation and consolidation of the company’s two existing offices.
Cushman and Wakefield’s Alan Wildes, executive director, and Ethan Silverstein, director, represented the tenant in the transaction, while Barbara Yagoda of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the property owner, Meysar Realty Corp.
Situated between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, 16 West 22nd Street is located in Manhattan’s Madison/Union Square neighborhood. Rebecca Minkoff will be occupying space on the 12-story building’s seventh floor.
