STAMFORD, CONN.—Shipman & Goodwin LLP has signed a 24,437-sq.-ft. lease renewal at 300 Atlantic Street in Stamford, Conn. Colliers International’s Jeffrey P. Williams, executive managing director, and Bryan Campbell, consulting group director of research and analytics, represented the tenant in the transaction.
RFR Realty, the landlord of the property, worked with the tenant to supply extra space while the third-floor space was retrofitted for Shipman & Goodwin.
Standing 13 stories tall, 300 Atlantic Street totals 295,000 sq. ft. of office space and is located next to the Stamford Town Center. The property includes a lobby, two-story concourse and amenities, which include 24/7 security, keycard access, an attached parking garage, private shuttle to the nearby Stamford train station and a restaurant.
Other tenants in the building include Charles Schwab, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and US Power Generating Company, among others.
