Punctuating the Atlanta skyline since 1970, the 305,000 sq. ft. 260 Peachtree has received a facelift both inside and out. The renovations to the 27-story building located in Atlanta’s Central Business District cost more than $30 million.
The modern new look was unveiled Thursday night at a grand opening bash sponsored by Atlanta building owner Richard E. Bowers & Co., the building’s renovations included an exterior of green glass, upgraded electrical and telecommunications systems and an on-site parking deck. In addition, the refinished lobby features two large-scale original paintings commissioned exclusively for the 260 Peachtree.
