DiamondRock Hospitality and Noble Investment Group have bought the 369-room Westin Atlanta North at Perimeter for $61.5 million. The seller was Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Noble’s management division will operate the hotel, which will undergo a $3 million renovation in coming months.
“We are pleased to add this exceptional asset to Noble’s growing institutional quality portfolio,” says Mit Shah, Noble’s president and chief executive officer. “We believe the hotel will be able to take advantage of the growth in the Atlanta economy and quickly establish itself as a market leader.”
The 20-story Westin Atlanta North at Perimeter is located alongside the 23 million sq. ft. Perimeter Center office park.
