A Florida developer has unveiled plans to construct more than 100 upscale residential condominiums adjacent to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center in Biloxi, Miss.
The project, known as Revelay, will include 110 to 125 furnished units, including studios, suites and “concert villas,” according to Destin, Fla.-based developer The Sterling Cos. The Sterling Cos. employ more than 650 people and has projected combined 2006 annual revenues in excess of $600 million.
Amenities will include water slide, toddlers’ splash pool and several swimming pools connected by a “lazy river” more than 200 yards in length; indoor/outdoor café, fitness center, business center, meeting space, ice-cream parlor, arcade, staffed kid’s camp, on-site concierge service, and walkways connecting the project to the coliseum and convention center. Shuttles will connect with restaurants and gaming centers.
