Oak Brook, Ill. – Locally based Clark Retail Enterprises Inc. acquired 84 retail locations from Bowling Green, Ky.-based Minit Mart Foods LLC.
The 84 full-sized convenience stores range in size from 3,000 sq. ft. to 5,800 sq. ft., offering gasoline, convenience products, deli items and quick-service restaurant foods. All stores currently operate under the Minit Mart name. Clark plans to move aggressively to integrate the stores into its operations.
