Deloitte has dibs on 160,000 sq. ft. at Spring Valley Business Park

CONCORDVILLE, Penn. – The Eagleview Commercial Construction Co., a division of Exton, Penn.-based Hankin Group, has broken ground to add 190,000 sq. ft. to the Spring Valley Business Park. Two new buildings are being constructed on 34 acres of the 65-acre property. New York-based Deloitte Consulting plans to lease 70,000 sq. ft. operations and learning center, which is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of this year. Deloitte will also lease 90,000 sq. ft. of a larger 120,000 sq. ft. office building upon its completion in the fourth quarter of 2002. The business park currently houses La France Corporation and Covenant Fellowship Church.
