H&R Retail named leasing agent for Charles Plaza

Baltimore – Locally based H&R Retail was named the exclusive leasing firm for Charles Plaza in downtown Baltimore. The company plans to attract neighborhood retailers and a small, urban grocery store to the 40,000-sq.-ft. center.

Susan Anderson and Scott Yurow with H&R Retail will handle the leasing assignment on behalf of the center’s owner, Southern Management Co. The new owners plan a redevelopment of the plaza to include newly reconfigured ground floor retail space and second floor office space.
