LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. – Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has arranged the sale of the oceanfront Inn at Laguna on behalf of Stamford, Conn.-based UBS Warburg LLC. Classic Hotels & Resorts, Phoenix, Ariz., bought the 70-room hotel for about $275,000 per room. Class Hotels & Resorts plans to renovate the hotel. Mark Weinstock, a partner in the real estate and global hospitality groups of Los Angeles-based Jeffer, Mangels, Butler and Marmaro LLP represented UBS Warburg LLC.
