Keen Consultants organize bankruptcy court auction of all Garden

Great Neck, N.Y. – Seattle-based Garden Botanika retained locally based Keen Realty LLC, a subsidiary of Keen Consultants LLC, to sell the company's retail leases. Keen Consultants is organizing a bankruptcy auction scheduled for April 4, 2001.

Available to users and investors are 106 retail sites located in 28 states, with the largest concentrations in California, Washington, Texas, Oregon and Florida. The store sites range in size from 650 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft.
