Lincoln Equities Group to build huge hotel and 900,000 sq. ft. office space

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Lincoln Equities Group, Rutherford, N.J., has received approval from the Borough of Rutherford to begin the first phase of Highland Cross, a development that will include two 450,000 sq. ft. of office space and a 200-room Marriott Springhill Suites hotel. The development, which is slated for completion in spring 2002, will be located near Newark International Airport. The buildings will feature technological advancements, Internet services and HVAC systems. St. Louis-based Hellmuth, Obata & Kassbaum is the architect for Highland Cross.
