GURNEE, Ill. — Platinum Packaging has signed a lease to relocate from its current company headquarters and plant operations in Waukegan, Ill., to a 345,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Gurnee, Ill. The facility, located at 3818 Grandville, is 65% larger than the previous site. Insignia/ESG Industrial Services Group in Chicago represented Platinum Packing in the transaction. This move will mark the third in five years for the company. The building will provide warehouse and packaging space to meet all the needs of the company.
