WASHINGTON, D.C. – Locally-based Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox PLLC has renewed and expanded its lease at 1100 New York Avenue N.W. The 466,336 sq. ft. building is located at the East End of the city adjacent to the Convention Center, hotels, restaurants, shopping and a Metro station. The firm will occupy 80,823 sq. ft., and the lease is valued at approximately $33 million.
Bruce Pascal, senior managing director, and Richard McBride Jr., managing director of New York-based Insignia/ESG’s Washington, D.C., office, represented the tenant in the transaction. Manulife Financial owns the building.
