Houston – Locally based Weingarten Realty Investors has sold the 136,000-sq.-ft. Bellwood Shopping Center in Houston. Mark Witcher of WRI and George Cushing of Grubb & Ellis handled the transaction for Weingarten Realty. James Lee of Gulf South Investments Inc. represented the undisclosed buyer.
