NEW YORK CITY—LCOR has named James M. Driscoll as Senior Vice President of Development. In his new role, Driscoll will lead the team in development activities for New Jersey, Westchester, NY and Fairfield, Conn.; including site selection, land entitlement, government affairs, zoning, financing, planning, design and construction.
Driscoll has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, leading the planning and development of residential and mixed-use properties across the country.
Prior to joining LCOR, he served as vice president of urban housing at M/I Homes, a top-twenty NYSE traded homebuilder, based in Columbus, Ohio. As vice president, Driscoll was responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth into urban housing with a focus on meeting these demands through the development of high-density townhomes.
Prior to M/I Homes, Driscoll spent ten years at K. Hovnanian Homes, where he advanced from senior community builder to division president. Driscoll played a senior role in the company’s strategic growth into high-density development, which included the acquisition and development of over 1,000 mid-rise and high-rise condominiums in mixed-use developments across the Gold Coast with revenues totaling $750 million. Driscoll also lead the land acquisition and development of the company’s first luxury waterfront tower 77 Hudson, a 48-story luxury mixed-use condo with projected revenues of $315 million.
Driscoll received his Bachelor’s Degree in finance from Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and National Association of Homebuilders.
