NEW JERSEY—Aaron’s, a national retailer of computer furniture, computers and other electronics, has leased 5,000 sq. ft. of space at 2229 Kennedy Boulevard in North Bergen. NAI James E. Hanson’s Senior Vice President Gary P. Sauerborn represented the landlords, JGP Properties and NGB Properties, in the long-term lease transaction.
The property was formerly the home to a 22,000-sq.-ft. car dealership that has been converted for retail use. The space offers parking and the site totals approximately one acre.
"The tenant chose this storefront property for its ample parking in a high-density urban area," Sauerborn said. "Located on highly-trafficked Kennedy Boulevard and having nearby access to highways, the site fulfilled a variety of business needs."
