C&W Adds Two Project Managers

EAST RUTHERFORD—Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its team with the addition of two project management professionals. Luciano Bruni of Franklin Lakes and Steven D’Amico of Ramsey came on board this winter as senior project directors in the company’s corporate occupier services practice in East Rutherford.

In their new roles, D’Amico and Bruni are supporting Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage and property management professionals with any construction-related requirements. This includes preparing budgets and schedules for proposals to potential clients, as well as running entire build-out or ground-up projects for existing customers—including planning, design and construction team assembly, and coordinating implementation from start to finish.

Bruni’s 22 years of experience span all facets of the real estate process, from site acquisition, contract execution, design, project/construction management and building delivery in the office, retail and healthcare sectors. Bruni serves as an advisory board member for Saint Clare’s Hospital in Sussex. He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.

D’Amico has more than 20 years of project management experience in the commercial real estate and life sciences industries. He currently serves as assistant executive director of the Construction Roundtable (CRT) of New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in project management from the Colorado Technical Institute as well as advanced electronics training from the United States Navy.
