CHICAGO—Attorney’s Liability Assurance Society Inc. (ALAS) has selected Elmhurt, Ill.-based J.C. Anderson Inc. to complete its 65,000-sq.-ft. interior renovation at 311 South Wacker Drive in Chicago. The risk management retention group formed its Chicago office in 1987.
J.C. Anderson Inc. will complete a phased, three-floor remodel of ALAS’ current space in Chicago, located on the 55th, 56th, and 57th floors of 311 South Wacker Drive. The project includes the construction of millwork office stations, millwork office fronts with etched glass, fabric wall coverings and new carpeting.
J.C. Anderson Inc.’s Tom Raveret is serving as the project executive, while Sara Schumacher is serving as the project manager. Architectural services are being provided by PGAI Design Partners.
The project is slated to be completed this fall.
